Assistance Program

Description of Program:
The
program is projected to assist a minimum of four (4) first-time home buyers
seeking to purchase existing homes in the City of Stacyville.
Eligibility:
Eligible home buyers will be first time home buyers with gross incomes that
do not exceed 80% of the are median income established by HUD.
Types of Assistance:

Rehabilitation in support of homeownership to provide affordable, sound
and lead-safe homes to the assisted homebuyer.
