Stacyville Community Nursing Home is a 52-bed Nursing Facility licensed for 34 beds for  Intermediate/Skilled Care and 18 beds for Residential Care. Medicare and Medicaid programs are accepted.

The Memorial Garden was built in 2004.

Stacyville Community Nursing Home opened in 1965, with the East Wing added in 1988. It is operated as a nonprofit agency governed by a board of area citizens and specialists.

The on-site Outpatient Therapy Clinic offers physician-ordered physical, occupational, and speech therapy to those from the community and surrounding area. Clients pay for services not covered by Medicare and/or private insurance, and patients of any age are eligible to benefit from the Outpatient Therapy Clinic for services ordered by their physician.

Lisa Dockstader and her Great Pyrenees, Afton, are certified "Pet Partners" who provide residents with regular social visits and therapy.
