General Regulation:
  • Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. on the first day of the cabin reservation
  • Check - out time 1:00 p.m.
  • Maximum number of 6 people (youth & adult)
  • ALL VISITORS must depart the area no later than 10:30 p.m., park closing time
  • No loud music after 9 p.m. and before 9 a.m.
  • Quiet hours are 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
  • If cabins have not been reserved, they are available on a first come first serve basis
  • Vehicles shall be parked in designated areas
  • All Rules & Regulations of the Mitchell Country Conservation Board are in effect
  • Violation of park rules and regulations may result in loss of all privileges and forfeiture of reservation fee
Cedar Cabin Features:
  • 625 sq. feet of living space (24' x 26' Cabin)
  • Modern bathroom with tub and shower
  • One bedroom - Sleeps maximum of 6
  • Kitchenette - microwave, medium sized refrigerator, small range, sink, table & 6 chairs, hot & cold water, countertops

  • Futon couch (double bed) in living area
  • This is an ADA accessible facility
Supplies Provided:
  • Toilet tissue
  • Broom, dustpan & mop
  • Refuse must be removed to nearby dumpster
Renter will need to bring:
  • Complete bedding with pillow, sheets, blankets and/or sleeping bags
  • Food & beverage supplies
  • All bath linens and toiletries
  • Any radio, television, alarm clocks
  • Lawn chairs if desired
  • Firewood
Regulations:
  • Check-in time is after 3:00 PM on the first day of cabin rental

  • Maximum number of 6 people (adult and youth)
  • ALL visitors must depart the cabin area no later than 10:30 PM (park closing time)

  • Quiet hours are 10:30PM-6:30AM
  • Unless reserved, cabin is available on a first come-first serve basis
  • Vehicles shall be parked in designated areas
  • All rules and regulation of Mitchell County Conservation Board are in effect

  • Special Regulations:
  • Smoking is prohibited
  • Pets are prohibited inside the cabin
  • Keg beer is prohibited
  • Cabin furniture must remain inside cabin
  • FAILURE to clean the facility grounds, SMOKING, or ALLOWING pets in cabin will result in eviction.
Fees
  • RATES: $75/ night
  • Minimum of two nights on weekends rental, three consecutive nights for holidays weekends
  • Maximum stay of 14 days
  • Reservations may be made up to TWO YEARS to the date in advance
  • Cabin rental must be in the name of an individual 18 years of age or older who will be present at the facility for the full term of reservation
  • Rental fee shall be paid in full at the time of reservation
